BlueEmberWebCo ("we," "us") provides AI receptionist services to HVAC and other local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Website form: your first and last name, business name, phone number, email address, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
• Demo phone line: when you call our demo line, we collect the details you give during the call (such as your name, business name, phone number, email, whether you'd like a callback and a good time to call, and whether you agreed to receive text messages, with the time you agreed). Calls may be recorded, and we may keep a recording, transcript or summary of the call.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our site and service providers may log standard information such as your browser type and pages visited.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up with you about our services.
• To send you a sample call summary and follow-up messages, by text only if you agreed to receive texts, or by email.
• To run, improve and troubleshoot our demo line and services.
• To keep records of consent and opt-outs.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS/text messaging consent are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing of information described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our phone, messaging, email and website platforms), and only so they can provide those services to us, or when required by law. This sharing never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, as stated above.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and keep records of consent and opt-outs, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails from us.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
